Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) - Business Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Business Analyst to join our dynamic marketing technology team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our technical team to design and implement effective customer journeys.
You will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that our AJO implementations drive meaningful customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather and document business requirements for customer journey campaigns.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for the AJO development team.
Design and map out customer journeys, including audience segmentation, personalization rules, and cross-channel orchestration.
Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Adobe Journey Optimizer and the Adobe Experience Platform.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing technology or digital marketing environment.
Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
