We onboard three types of worker,

💻 Client facing full time consultant - Where consultant work closely with direct client for their day to day project work and deliverables. You would follow the schedule as agreed between you and the client, which is standard daily 8hrs and all 5 days a week.

💻 Client facing freelancer - Where freelancer work closely with direct client for their day to day project work and deliverables. You would follow the schedule as agreed between you and the client. This is usually part time hours and selected number of days of the week.

💻 Non client facing freelancer - You would not be having direct access to the client or tools, but working closely with internal team member for day to day task and deliverables. This is adhock in nature and have flexible timings.
