Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on development and implementation of personalized, cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.

You will work closely with our business analysts, marketers, and other developers to build and deploy scalable and effective marketing automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure customer journeys, campaigns, and activities within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Integrate AJO with other systems and platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and third-party applications.
Implement dynamic content, personalization rules, and custom actions using JavaScript and other scripting languages.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AJO campaigns and integrations.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and functionality of all developed solutions.
Stay current with the latest AJO features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or a similar marketing automation platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with APIs, web services, and data integration.
Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
