Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) - QA

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) QA to ensure the quality and reliability of our customer journey campaigns.

The AJO QA will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and accuracy of our AJO implementations.

You will work closely with our business analysts and developers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless and error-free customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AJO campaigns and journeys.

• Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and track defects.

• Validate audience segmentation, personalization rules, and cross-channel message delivery.

• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the quality and effectiveness of our AJO solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on marketing automation or digital marketing platforms.

• Experience testing Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar tools is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
