🚫 Group Restrictions

To maintain the quality and focus of the group, the following individuals are ineligible:

Hiring Managers
Non-technical People Managers
Recruiters
HR Professionals
If your role doesn't involve working directly with the specified technology, these groups may not be relevant for you.

🤝 Group Rules

Core purpose of the group: Strategy/solution discussion for issues related to implementation or application feature.
Strictly No Freelancing/Hiring recruitment post. Use LinkedIn/Job portal for that.
Do not post external group chat links such as WhatsApp/Telegram groups.

✏️ How to Unlock Additional WhatsApp Groups

If you are already an active member of one group and wish to join our secondary/extended discussion groups, we ask that you support our community's organic reach on LinkedIn.

Step 1: Share Our Community on LinkedIn

Write a brief post on your personal LinkedIn feed sharing our community with your professional network.

Include our main group joining page link: https://shiftlytic.ca/martech-whatsapp-group
Tag Pradeep Jaiswal in your post so we can see and acknowledge your support.
Attach the provided screenshot of our WhatsApp community to your post.
(Optional) Feel free to use one of our suggested templates below or share your own personal experience about the community discussions.

Step 2: Take a Screenshot

Once published, take a clear screenshot of your live LinkedIn post.

Step 3: Contact the Co-Admin on ShiftLytic Linkedin page

Send your screenshot directly to our Community Co-Admin via ShiftLytic Linkedin page with the message:

"Hi, I'm already in Group [X]. I've shared the MarTech Whatsapp community on LinkedIn (attached screenshot). Can you please add me to XYZ groups. My WhatsApp number is [X]."

Once the Co-Admin verifies your post, they will approve your request to join the additional groups.

One-Person, One-Group Policy

Single Group by Default: Upon initial admission, every verified professional is added to only one MarTech WhatsApp group.
Why this policy exists: WhatsApp enforces strict group size limits, and our community receives high daily volume. Restricting initial entry ensures every active group remains balanced, manageable, and focused on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
Direct Messages Notice: Pradeep Jaiswal do not process requests via his personal LinkedIn or personal WhatsApp chats. All group approvals are handled exclusively by our designated ShiftLytic Linkedin page workflow outlined below.
